Nanya Naveli Nanda, the granddaughter of veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan, gave her followers a candid glimpse into her everyday life through her latest Instagram story. On Tuesday, Navya shared a picture showcasing the juggle of work and commuting.

Navya’s Instagram story showed a scene from the outskirts of Faridabad, where she had to make a brief halt to engage in a work commitment. She was dressed in a brown sweater and was seen staring at her laptop screen placed atop a car for a workstation. The image evoked memories of a famous scene from the 2011 film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, where Hrithik Roshan's character had to attend a meeting during a road trip with friends. Navya's added a humorous caption that read, “When commuting overlaps with meetings. Moshi Moshi.” Following this, she also shared a still from the film ZNMD featuring Hrithik Roshan. The text along with the image read, “Dheere Dheere samjh aaraha hai Arjun vacation pe virtual meeting kyun kar raha tha.”

Navya Naveli Nanda is the daughter of Shweta Bachchan Nanda and businessman Nikhil Nanda. Navya Naveli Nanda is the granddaughter of legendary actors Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan.

Despite not being directly involved in the film industry, Navya has gained attention due to her association with the prominent Bollywood family. Filmmaker and actor Rishab Shetty has raised the bar for the Indian entertainment industry in the year 2022 with his film Kantara. The film received widespread acclaim on both domestic and international levels, and it dominated the box office by becoming the global box office phenomenon. Amidst the preparation for the prequel of Kantara, Rishab Shetty along with his wife Pragathi Shetty graced the grand celebration of Pran Pratishtha Mahotasav in divine land of Ayodhaya on being invited by the Indian Government.

It is well known that the day of January 22, 2024 was a historic day for the entire nation as everyone witnessed the return of Lord Ram to the Ayodhya and a temple and idol of Lord Rama was unveiled during the occasion which was graced by several names from the Indian entertainment industry and among them was Rishab Shetty, his wife Pragathi Shetty and Rohit Shetty.

Among the on-going ceremony, director Rohit Shetty met Rishab Shetty and his wife Pragathi Shetty and clicked a picture with them during the function. Rishab Shetty shared the picture on the social media with the caption that read, “Brother from another mother....The 'Shetty' gang @rishabshettyofficial.”

Meanwhile, Rishab Shetty is looking forward to taking the audiences back to its roots and culture with the prequel Kantara Chapter 1. The actor who served as director and writer, now has begun working on the much-awaited prequel Kantara: Chapter 1.

Being one of the most renowned filmmakers, it is a known fact that Rohit Shetty has had a long-standing connection with the film industry since his childhood. The superstar-filmmaker’s parents were stunt artists and recently the actor recalled how his connection with action is something that he has had since his childhood. He also revealed how his father M.B. Shetty sustained injuries as a stuntman and recalled his mother Ratna Shetty playing body-double to yesteryear stars like Hema Malini and Vyjayantimala.

Recently, in an interview with ANI, Rohit Shetty confessed that breaking bones is a kind of family business when he opened up about his parents’ journey as stunt artists in the film industry. He said, “He directed the action sequences in Deewar, Yaadon Ki Baraat, Great Gambler, Don, An Evening in Paris, and Trishul. He invented the glass break. He got lots of cuts. He used to come home with blood stains and stitches.”

He further went on to add, how his mother used to play body doubles to some of the most popular actresses. In fact, he revealed that she was Hema Malini’s body double in her iconic drama Seetha Aur Geetha. “My mom was a stuntwoman. She did Seeta Aur Geeta. The Hema Malini you see on the fan is actually my mom.” She added, “The Vyjayantimala rolling down the staircase—it’s her; her physique was such.”

He finally added how breaking bones is a part of the family and concluded, “That’s why I am like this. It is a family business that breaks bones. It is in our DNA to break our own bones.”

Several Indian film fraternity members were in attendance in Ayodhya on January 22 for the Pran Pratishtha ceremony at Ram Mandir. Megastars Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan flew to Ayodhya with Dhanush and Abhishek Bachchan, respectively.

Two videos from the event have gone viral from the event where Prime Minister Narendra was seen greeting the attendees. Videos are circulating online, capturing the moment when PM Modi greets Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth with folded hands after the ceremony. While Rajinikanth attended the event with his wife Latha Rajinikanth and Dhanush, Amitabh was seen with Abhishek Bachchan.

Speaking to ANI at the ceremony, Rajinikanth said, “It was a historic event and I am very fortunate. Will definitely come to Ayodhya every year.”

A moment to remember! Bollywood actress Ananya Panday made history as the youngest Indian actress to represent an Indian designer-Rahul Mishra at the Paris Haute Couture Week 2024. Walking the runway for the first time, the actress stunned in a mini black shimmery dress and carries a giant circle prop which has butterfly themes hand embroidery.

Rahul Mishra noted the collection’s name as “superheroes”. Describing the new couture collection inspired by insects, reptiles and dragonflies, Vogue described his opulent designs marked him as a top-tier couture entomologist, delighting in intricate and lavish creations.

Talking about the collection, Rahul Mishra said, “Beyond my own comfort zone, I look back once more at those who’ve been here before me. I seek to not just just appreciate the beauty or the vividness of the insect kingdom but also challenge our whole conditioning/education towards how we treat insects and feel the emotions otherwise coming from a primal notion of fear.”

She took to her Instagram stories to post the video from the show and wrote, "Walking for @rahulmishra_7 at Paris Couture week.”

On Monday morning, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Madhuri Dixit, Sriram Nene, Rajkumar Hirani, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Rohit, descended upon Ayodhya, creating a buzz with a viral airport photo. They were joined by Mahaveer Jain. This star-studded rendezvous will be amongst the celebrities who have received invitations for the ceremony.

The consecration of the Ram temple in Ayodhya will be happening today January 22 with Prime Minister Narendra Modi participating in the Pran Pratishtha ceremony. As per a report in The Hindu, an array of selected 506 influential figures, spanning politicians, industrialists, film stars, and more have received invitations. Following the ceremony, PM Modi will address the attendees.
