As lockdown has led to more active users on social media, Instagram has launched its own short video feature called Reels in India or Instagram Reels. The new feature lets the users create 15-second creative videos with music and share it with their followers. The feature is very similar to TikTok with challenges, beauty, fashion, dance, music, comedy, etc, kind of videos that can be made.
Amongst the Bollywood celebrities, Katrina Kaif, Varun Dhawan, Aditi Rao Hydari have joined the bandwagon in order to explore Instagram Reels. Katrina made a fun quarantine video with her sister Isabelle Kaif as the duo were seen doing household chores amid lockdown.
