Many international celebrities in the past have appreciated the Ram Charan, Jr NTR film RRR, which went on to create history in Oscars this year. Now, global superstar Jungkook from the most popular K-pop band BTS, showcased his love for the film which has left his Indian BTS Army excited. During a live session, not only did the musician make a reference about the S.S. Rajamouli film but he also hummed the music of the popular chartbuster ‘Naatu Naatu’.
In a video which was posted by a fan, earlier today, Jungkook was seen interacting with fans during a live session, wherein one of his Indian fans was curious to know if the K-pop superstar has watched the film RRR. In response to the question, the musician was seen humming the popular track ‘Naatu Naatu’ which left many of them thrilled. Not only did they appreciate his knowledge, but many of them were thrilled about Jungkook’s brief but correct knowledge on Indian cinema. Some of the fans said, “That's my desi boy right there” whereas a few other fans, who are fondly referred to as BTS ARMY, commented, “INDIAN ARMYS ARE WINNING DAY BY DAY”. “HE KNOWS IT BYHEART,” gushed another fan.

The song ‘Naatu Naatu’ was originally picturized on Ram Charan and Jr NTR and went on to win the Academy Awards 2023 for Best Original Song, earlier this year. Interestingly, this is not the first time Jungkook has referred to this RRR track. In the past, the musician has not only spoken about the movie but also grooved to the music of this number during a live session.
RRR is an Indian period drama that is set in the pre Independence era and also stars Alia Bhatt, Shriya Saran, and Ajay Devgn in brief but pivotal roles. Directed by S.S. Rajamouli, the film released in India in March 2022.
