Kartik Aaryan loves to experiment and often goes to lengths to prep for his roles. As dedicated he is for his characters, he is also for his dance numbers. His hard work definitely seems to have paid off as the actor seems to have left many impressed with his garba skills in the song ‘Sun Sajni’ from Satyaprem Ki Katha, which was launched a day ago in Mumbai.
Satyaprem Ki Katha had its first grand launch of its new song ‘Sun Sajni’ on June 21 in Mumbai. Set against the backdrop of Gujarat, the film’s newly released song is a peppy track that undoubtedly involved a lot of dance and garba. The fun song Kartik and co-actor Kiara Advani grooved to the beats of the Gujarati folk number and it also showcases the actors exploring some trendy garba dance steps. And Kartik definitely won hearts with his energetic moves.
We hear that the actor has put in a lot of sweat and is often seen at dance studios, making sure he gets the steps right. He also worked to get his garba look authentic and has also worked extensively on his costumes. He even insisted on having the ‘kedia’ fabric from Kutch to give his costume the right feel and vibes for the song. The film is a musical love story and after ‘Gujju Pataka’ - this is his second dance song with Kiara from the film. In Gujju Pataka, Kartik was seen exploring four unique dance forms in one… and this time he seems to have set the bar higher.
Directed by the national award-winning Sameer Vidwans, Satyaprem Ki Katha is slated for release on June 29. The film marks the return of the hit pairing of Bhool Bhulaiyya 2.
