The Fame Game star Madhuri Dixit reveals she felt independent in US; she could make decisions for life
Actress Madhuri Dixit made her OTT debut with the Netflix series The Fame Game, and is seen playing the role of a Bollywood superstar. Madhuri Dixit has been in the industry for over four decades and has been a part of over 100 films.
In a recent interview with Herper’s Bazaar, she revealed that she grew up in a very protected environment and her parents used to accompany her everywhere, but these things changed when she flew to US, she had to do her things herself, when she got married, she started making her life decisions. She added, “I learnt a lot about life living in the US. When I was in India, there would always be around 20 people fussing over me at all time, but there I was very independent.”
The actress married Dr Shriram Nene in 1999 and are parent to two Ryan and Arin. In the series The Fame Game, she is seen sharing screen with Sanjay Kapoor, and Manav Kaul & the series is directed by Bejoy Nambiar under the banner of Dharmatic Entertainment.
