Laal Singh Chaddha is an official remake of the Hollywood film, Forrest Gump. It originally starred Tom Hanks in the lead role. Aamir Khan's 3 Idiots and Talaash co-star Kareena Kapoor Khan will also star in the Hindi remake. Mona Singh also plays a pivotal role in the film.
