An audience of 4,000 witnessed the glitz, glam, and celebration of Britain’s leading music award ceremony at the O2 Arena as part of a test return to mass attendance events in the age of the coronavirus pandemic. Among them were 2,500 key health workers and their guests who had received tickets in recognition of their efforts during the pandemic.

While it was all about the glam, we pick the best-dressed celebrities on the red carpet of BRITs 2021.

TAYLOR SWIFT

Taylor, who has dropped not one but three albums in the last year including ‘Folklore’, ‘Evermore’ and ‘Fearless (Taylor’s Version)’, impressed everyone with the glittery glam two-piece set. She styled a mini crop top with a rhinestone embellished skirt. She became the first female artist to be awarded the Global Icon Award at BRITs. She was dressed in the embellished piece from Miu Miu and had all the heads turning in her direction.

HARRY STYLES

The former One Direction crooner and one of the popular soloists looked charming as ever in a brown, orange, and beige checkered suit from Gucci. Harry is known for shattering gender-related fashion stereotypes time and again. This time around, he was seen walking the carpet with a small brown bag as he bagged the award for Single of the Year for his song ‘Watermelon Sugar’.

RINA SAWAYAMA

The gorgeous singer Rina Sawayama looked gorgeous in an over-the-top, lilac ruffled tulle dress from Balmain. She was seen strutting on the carpet with swept-back hair, diamond cuffs, be-jeweled accessories, and clear PVC pumps.

OLIVIA RODRIGO

The breakout star of Olivia Rodrigo looked like a doll in a neon green Christian Dior creation. The tulle dress with a tight-fitting corset top with a black belt cinching her tiny waist flattered her figure as she completed the look with black heels, soft wavy hair, and simple makeup. She made her UK performance debut by singing ‘Driver's License’.

LITTLE MIX – PERRIE EDWARDS, JADE THIRWALL AND LEIGH-ANNE PINNOCK

The three ladies stunned in all-white outfits. They became the first-ever female group to win the Best British Group at the BRITs. Perrie went for a white two-piece with a long skirt and cold shoulder crop top. Jade looked like a vision in a tube white gown and Leigh-Anne looked stunning in a sheer white dress. Perrie and Leigh-Anne also debuted their baby bumps on the carpet. Perrie announced her pregnancy nearly two days ago with beau and Liverpool FC footballer Alex Oxlade Chamberlain. Leigh-Anne announced her pregnancy in early May 2021 with footballer beau Andre Gray.

ARLO PARKS

Arlo Parks charmed us with a red suit with a peach shirt, with minimal makeup and accessories. She looked fabulous and ready for her performance. She serenaded the audience with her song ‘Collapsed in Sunbeams’.

DUA LIPA

Dua Lipa took home two awards – British Female Solo Artist and Album of the Year. Dua looked drop-dead gorgeous in a bright yellow Vivienne Westwood creation. With stocking, block heels and hair in an updo and a pearl choker adorning her slender neck.
