Tamil actor Vivekh has been hospitalised in Chennai after complaining of chest pain. Reportedly, he suffered from a heart attack and is in critical condition. As per reports, the actor has been placed on ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation).
Vivekh experienced chest pain today morning and was immediately hospitalised. The doctors treating him confirmed that it was a cardiac arrest and that they are monitoring him.
Incidentally, on April 15, Vivekh and his friends visited the Omandurar government hospital in Chennai and took the first shot of covid-19 vaccine. After getting vaccinated, he had also addressed the media. “Also, I want to make a point that getting the Covid-19 vaccine is safe. It doesn't mean we will not get Covid-19 if we get vaccinated. We should still be careful once we take the vaccine. The vaccine assures that we do get affected severely,” he said.
