Zack Snyder unveils new clip revealing Superman’s Black Suit from Justice League, official trailer to release on August 22
After years of fan petitions urging Warner Bros. to let Zack Snyder release his cut of Justice League, the filmmaker finally announced that his cut will premiere on HBO Max in 2021. The original theatrical cut involved a lot of reshoots that were done by Joss Whedon and the fans were left disappointed with what was shown on the big screen. Even the actors are actually happy that Snyder's version will be seen by fans. Now, the filmmaker has unveiled a new clip featuring Superman aka Henry Cavill in Black Suit.
During Justice Con’s Spotlight on Zack Snyder panel on July 25, the director debuted a new clip in which Henry Cavill's Superman is back from dead. In his clip, he meets Alfred Pennyworth (Jeremy Irons). The scene was not included in the theatrical version in 2017. “I’m assuming you’re Alfred,” Superman says to Alfred, who is working on his car. In his specific clip, he is wearing the black suit which was also removed from the original version.
